SSI disability moving overseas

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? GA
Hi, I was castrophically injured in the line of duty. I recieve SSDI. It doesn't pay my mortage here. I want to move to a less expensive area with out moving my family into a dangerous area. Can I move to Costa Rica with out it effecting my income?
