SSI help needed for 18 yr old son-AZ

What is the name of your state? Arizona

Hello. We have a 18yr old son with Ceribal Palsy bound in a wheel chair and been collecting SSI since birth. Ever since we moved into our new house from Glendale to Phoenix, AZ the new office has been unresponsive. He is suppose to be getting $565 a month per letters sent to us by SSI. I have no idea if this is correct. My trust in them has completely gone since we have been dealing with this new office. They send us 3 letters a month, all with differant amounts, telling us what the money amount will be automatically deposited into my checking account. When that does happen it's for an entirely amount. For the last two years we have never been able to talk to our actual case worker. My wife has tried leaving voicemail mssgs with him a million times which he never returns. As far as we are concerned we don't have an actual case worker. The few times we get fed up and went down there in person we still did not meet our case worker but someone that was available. They allways contradict each other and give all sorts of strange reasons why our differant letters give us differant ammounts. One such reason is that they give the amount based on my paycheck stubs and what the balance is in my checking account it. They also said that when he turns 18 to get him a savings account and change the auto deposit to that account. Of course my wifes name is on that account also. Sure enough, the first check we got after he turned 18 was for only $330. I really think they have been robbing him of his money for the last two years and it looks like they are going to keep doing it.

What can I do in this situation? I'm at a lost. I did see those SSI Lawyer commercials on TV and figured I would search the net to find one. Thats how I found this website.
Any help is appreciated.
