11 year old speeding ticket

I recv'd a speeding ticket in georgia in 1994 and was pcs by army prior to resolution. is there a statute of limitations regarding this? i was arrested crossing the canadian border because of this. thanks.

Once a ticket is written and a warrant issued because you did not show up in court, there is no statute of limitations. You will probably find your driver's license has been suspended too.
