1180 - 1102 Please Help.

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? New York

I was ticketed in New York on I-81 for going 81 in a 65 speed zone. I pleaded not guilty and they told me if I wanted to have a lesser charge to send a letter to the DOA's office. So I sent a letter explaining why I was speeding and a copy of my driving record which was clean. I got a letter back from the DOA and it said they had changed the offense from a 1180 to a 1102. I was wondering if anyone knew what penalty and charge the judge is going to put on me when I send the DOAs letter to him.

qcxlvr1 says: 1102 is failure to comply with a lawful order of police/flag person. It carries points (don't know if it transfers to MD), but frankly, for 15 over, its a nice ****ty plea.
Ima check if I can find what the fine would be like...
