What is the name of your state? North Carolina

I got pulled over by the Highway Patrol going 69 in a 55. On the ticket, the court costs are $120 and the fine is $30.

Right now, I'm trying to figure out the cheapest option:
Do I do a PJC and pay the fine?
Do I ask for a reduced charge of 9mph over and pay the fine and fees?
Do I go to traffic school and, if so, how much does that cost?

What are the implications of all these options on my insurance?

Is there an option that missed? Thanks for any help you can give! I don't want to fork out the cash for a lawyer.

Since these questions aren't legal advice, your court clerk should be able to answer them. Anything that results in you receiving no points shouldn't affect your insurance. I don't know the fine schedule in your area, so that is why I'm directing you to the court.
