My husband is trying to get his license in Ohio, but a violation came up in Arizona from 1985 or 1986. He did not have this violation but they are saying it is him. I have tried to get in touch with them, but for days have gotten the message saying no county operator available. Is there a statue of limitations on violations? How can we prove that this is not him? How can we clear this up?

Search ofr other posts on SOL...... They only apply to charging the defendent. The others are up to you to figure out. We weren't with him either.
