2 Points affect insurance

What is the name of your state? Michigan

Another member has informed me that 2 points on your license may not affect your insurance in MI. Some extra information is that i recieved my ticket for 60/55 and my penalty would be 95$ and 2 points. Even More information on this THREAD.

P.S. i am 17 years old and this is my first offence.

Any information would be apreciated.
