What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Maryland

my son received 2 speeding tickets. 60mph in a 40 zone. 3 days later 87 in a 60mph zone.
what could be the points for these?
if he gets a pbj at the first trial does he tell about the first ticket at the second trial?

any help please

Speeding points in MD:
Speeding over the Speed Limit
1 to 9 - 1 points
10 to 29 - 2 points
30 or greater or 20 or greater in 65 mph zone - 5 points

He doesn't need to mention the PBJ at the second trial, they will know. If he gets convicted (either by paying the ticket or being found guilty), they will rescind his earlier PBJ.

2 speeding

thanks Ron

doesn't the pbj start from the first trial date? wouldn't that mean that he hasn't gotten a ticket since the pbj started(since both tix were earlier than the first trial date) ???
