Hello I am from North Georgia. One of my lady friends who is a teacher told me she got a notice in the mail for a 2 year old ticket that was not paid. They claim that she never paid and they will suspend her license unless she pays by Monday.

She is thinking it is wrong since she says she paid it. If this was not paid wouldn't the county have suspended her license right after her court date? Is there anyway to fight this? I haven't asked yet if she has a reciept but this is assuming she does not.

Thanks all. Good looking fourm here.

If she has no record of paying other than a vague memory - her best bet would be to pay the ticket now.
