$271 car pool violation

What is the name of your state? California

Can anything be done about receiving a car pool violation ticket. I feel like I was set up by the officer. Yes, I was late for a meeting. Yes, there is always a traffic jam at this location. And yes, the officer was hiding in the traffic jam one lane adjacent to the car pool lane. Its not fair. Why don't they use my tax dollars, do some road work, and fix the bottleneck problem?

Thanks ahead of time!

You blatantly violate the law now want a way out? Ain't gonna happen. And yes, it was fair. Leave earlier next time.

Why do you feel you were set up? Of course this could not have been your fault, that darn officer should not have been driving down the roadway to set you up. Also, how was the officer hiding? You stated he was hiding in the traffic jam? Officer's aren't allowed to drive down a roadway now? Officer's get allot of flack from people like you in society that don't know how or will not own up to mistakes they have made. It's got to be someone elses fault!

The state is promoting carpooling. $271.00 is pretty steap but you knew the penalty if caught and you took the chance. You certainly have the right to contest this violation. But, do yourself a favor, don't tell the judge what you typed here, he/she will laugh you out of court.

This forum is a waste of time and I won't be submitting to it again.

If I wanted someone to tell me what the officer told me I wouldn't have wasted my time here.

I believe in WARNINGS you *******s, when it comes to large fees.

Can't wait till one of you get a ticket, you self-righteous *******s.

****off, losers

Another satisfied customer. You get what you pay for. Hire a real attorney, I would be willing to bet money he tells you the same thing.
