2nd offense driving suspended


What is the name of your state? Virginia

I just got pulled for driving on a suspended licenese again. he pulled me over because of my license plate light was out and he found out that i was suspended and this was my second offenese. Do you think that i will get jail time. I will have my licenese back on the 21st and court is on the 26th. I really need help.

You need a lawyer, see one soon. Don't expect to get your license back on the 21st either.

You may recieve a day or two in jail. And yes, your license will be suspended for a specific period of time.

Consider yourself lucky, if this were a third conviction, there is a mandatory minimum confinement period of 10 days.
