I had a speeding ticket (LA county, 82 in 65 zone) from november of last year . About 9 months ago.

Today I received citation in Encino ,CA (LA county) for VC 22102 which is Illegal U-turn in Business district.

That is my second ticket within the last 18 months.

my speeding ticket was my very first ticket since I received my license.

I took traffic school for that. I am aware that you can only do traffic school for once every 18 months.

Does this violation count for points? And Do I need to do traffic school for this violation? And If I do have to do traffic school, is it still possible now that it is my second ticket within the last 18 months?

Will this affect my insurance?

Thank you . I really appreciate it.
