3 Way stop signs.

What is the name of your state? Massachusetts

Can someone tell me the law on 3 way stop signs. We have them on a throughway road in my development to control speed. I have heard that that is illegal. How do I find documentation of this law and how do I start the process of having them taken down?

Go to your local law library (courthouse) or your library's reference section & ask for help finding the MA codes on stop signs. If you are correct, notify whoever put the signs up that they are illegal & must be taken down.
