Question

3rd time Driving Under Suspension

What is the name of your state? OKLAHOMA

I have a friend that just went to jail for DUS. This is the third time and they haven't had a license since 1998. He lost the license for DUI. He has to go back to court and I am concerned about what they will do to him. Anyone out there that has any info on this???

I am concerned also. Hopefully, they will 'hear our concern' and keep this ignorant okie locked up so that he doesn't endanger the rest of us with his stupidity and defiance of the laws.

There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution).

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!

I believe I was asking for legal input as to what would happen in court. I KNOW I was NOT asking for your PERSONAL opinion. Have you ever not had the money to pay something and had to get to work to pay your bills or have you always had a perfect life???? Are you on here to offer advice and help or to beat up on people that ask for help??

No you didn't!! You asked "Anyone out there that has any info on this??"
I simply agreed with your concern that some idiot who is so stupid that he CONTINUALLY choses to break the law.... deserves what he gets.

I have had to work to pay the bills..... I just didn't break the law in doing it. Or try to use that as excuse for being too stupid to know NOT to drive when the state has already revoked my driving PRIVILEDGES.... for previous actions of stupidity.

Gee, I apologize!! I just assumed that you were like 99% of the other mature, responsible members of society who recognize that repeated criminal behavior is either arrogance (in thinking the law doesn't apply to you/him), ignorance (being too stupid to NOT obey the laws), or simply irresponsible (not caring about the law or others).
I clearly misunderstood which 'side' you were on....

Well anybody knows it hasn't been the smart choice (losing the license in the first place wasn't smart) but when ya dont' have any other way to work and people are depending on you then ya do what ya have to..... so again I ask ANY LEGAL ADVICE about what may happen in court??? And AGAIN, ya don't know the person so don't judge.
