4 Tickets in one night. (Wisconsin)

A little history-

I've recieved 2 speeding tickets in the past, as well as a "too fast for conditions" , 2 driving after suspension tickets (one was while speeding) a few seatbelt tickets, and a ticket for not having my headlights on. oh, a few years ago I got a "failure to stop at a stopsign" ticket.

I got the headlight ticket, and then since i was on my probationary license, the first speeding ticket doubled and caused me to lose my license.

Jump ahead to today... as of last friday I am pretty sure I am eligible for reinstatement, even after the other tickets I got.

I go to court in mid october for the 4 tickets I got, which are as follows-

OWI ( should get dropped, got blood test came back negative for both drugs and alcohol... long story to that if you'd like to hear i'll go into greater detail)

Driving after suspension- now this is where i'd really like advice... Will getting my license back before i go to court help, hinder, or just be a waste of money? I think i've seen people get DAS tickets dropped if they got their license back before going to court.

Unsafe passing on the right- long story to this too... basically, traffic wasn't moving in downtown Madison, i had room to get by on the right and went. I used my signals to go right, then get back left (pretty much I could have been going to pull into the driveway and then changed my mind... ) I didn't get honked at, and there was no contact with anything whatsoever... I had even waited before going around to let pedestrians go by.

I also got a transporting alcohol ticket, but, my stepbrother went to court already and the judge told him that my friend and I should get it dropped because the UNOPENED 12 pack was in the back, out of arms reach.(my stepbrother was in the backseat, friend was in passenger seat)

bit of extra info-

They gave me a field sobriety test and a breathalizer because the cop thought I was high because my eyes were bloodshot, and i wobbeled a bit because i wasn't fully rested. so they arrested me, and they went to shine a light in my friends eyes, and they said his pupils didn't adjust fast enough so they thought he was high too... but they let my stepbrother and friend get picked up and sent on their merry way with only the transporting alcohol tickets.

later that night, after the blood test, and another sobriety test and breatalizer, which was administered by a local 'Drug Recognition Expert' who concluded I was probably just tired, and not high... they would only release me if i could find someone over the age of 18 that hadn't been drinking.... and guess who's custody they put me in? ... my friend, the same one they thought was high... because they wouldn't let my friend drive the car, they towed it, and (this is unrelated, i know) the towing company charged me $125 to tow and STORE IT FOR 5 HOURS....

Now, I realize that the whole situation started because I was impatient, and didn't want to wait for the other cars to decide what they were doing... but madison is full of idiot drivers, and I took control of the situation.... the cops pulling out from wherever they were probably was more dangerous than when i 'passed on the right'

the headlight ticket was because the fuse for my dash lights was out, so i didn't notice my lights weren't on since i was still in town... streetlights were illumination enough that i didn't notice. i was about to go into the country and i would have noticed.

the first speeding ticket was kind of stupid, because i was going to work with my friend, and we ended up kind of 'racing' one another, cause we both had cars (i had a metro, and he had a rundown labaron)

the other speeding ticket i got on the highway for doing 80 cause i was on my motorcycle and it was as cold as a well diggers chicken so i was trying to get home in a hurry.

update:

Some officer called me this morning to inform me that because of the bloodtest they were dropping the OWI, and moved my court date to the following day from the OWI hearings to the underage drinking date (because of the possession i assume)

recently went to court in VA for reckless driving, anyway while there a man went before the judge with failure to appear at previous court date and driving without a license. He showed proof that his license had since been reinstated and the judge dropped the charge, he only had to pay a fine for failure to appear.

So, YES I would get my license before going back to court if possible.

awesome.... glad I did then.

only thing though, is the unsafe passing on right is a point violation that would put me 1 over, causing me to lose my license.... don't think I could get lucky and get a female judge that would accept sexual favors for payment? just kidding...

Since i signaled, and I had contemplated going into the parkinglot, I think i'm going to use that for my defense.... that i changed my mind about going into the parkinglot at the last second, and it was either get back over, or sit in the middle of traffic... or maybe i should just talk to a lawer in person about it... or going to the library might prove fruitful if i look up the statute
