What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? WA

I was pulled over for doing 52 in a 35. Shame on me for doing so; I thought i was in a 50mpg zone and was driving very close to the same speed as 2 semis. The police officer wrote down a violation code of 466.400 on my traffic ticket. I tried to look up that code and there is no such code. In the state of WA, traffic codes start with 46.61.xxx and the specific code he should have wrote down is 46.61.400. Would this alone be enough for me to get out of the ticket and if so how would i go about doing that? I've been to traffic court once at the age of 16(did driving school) and haven't been pulled over since (20+ years). Thanks in advance for any response. What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

The sloppy violation code isn't going to mean much. They'll get it right once it's entered in the computer.

With a clean record, you can usually get a deferrment (you still have to pay the fine, but you don't get "convicted" and you insurance company won't hear about it).
