6 pt speed ticket

I was on a 2 lane highway around 10am on a weekday, traffic is moderate. I was stopped by a motorcycle policeman servicing the city of Broomfield. As I was going along, I had noticed that he was going the same speed as me without his lights on, on the shoulder of the highway (on the other side of the barrier on the shoulder) He claims he clocked me going 95mph in a 75mph zone. I claim that I couldn't have been going that fast. I asked to see the radar gun, he claims that the Kawasakis do not keep record of the speed recorded after the bike is turned off. I calculated that he had 19 seconds of time, maximum, (If he's right, I'm going 140ft/sec, and I figured it was not more than half a mile, it may even be a 1/4 mile) against me. But to see me, clock me, get on his bike and supposedly speed up to 95 mph all in 19 seconds seems a little...iffy.

Should I plea bargain the 6 pt ticket to a 4pt and pay the 200 fine?
