7 year old Speeding violation and re-entering the States.

West Virginia
In August of 2000, I was stopped by a State Trooper in West Virginia who told me that I was to go to magistrates court to determine the fine. At the time, I was on vacation headed to Florida. I never did go to the court. I live in Toronto Canada. I will be going to New York soon. I am wondering if I will have any trouble at the border crossing because of this outstanding fine.
