I got a ticket in PA going 84 in a 65. Cop refused to show me radar gun (I didn't really expect him to, but it was worth a shot). Is there any chance that if I go to court and plead not guilty they will decrease the speed enough that it won't affect my insurance rates?

Well, that depends. I predict you have a 50/50 chance.

Why did you ask to see the radar?
