this is my 3rd speeding ticket
the court date is 4/11/05
my last 2 tickets were when i was 16
my license was suspended both times
should i try to get an attorney and argue the ticket
or is that not going to help they say im going to lose my license for a year if i lose
what steps should i take
is it likely that the cop will show at court he was a state highway patrol man if he doesnt show do i win?
