about to lose licence

i recently got pulled over in wisconsin street posted 35 going 56 21 over i am wondering that i am on a probationary licence now if by the time of my court date i am off of probationary will my points still double or will they stay normal

I also read somewhere that if you over pay your ticket and they send you a refund check and you don't cash it that your points don't get added because the finacial portion is not complete
does this really work?

please help!!

Rumors like over paying the fine is obviously a hoax.

You need to talk to a lawyer, and take other legal precautions, plus slow it down.

20 over in many states is reckless driving that carries heavy points and fines. PLUS, you don't want to see what it can do to your insurance costs for the next 3 to 5 years , IF you are NOT cancelled. You can do jail time. In fact, in many states the officer could have jailed you , made you post bond, and impounded your car.

In some states 12 over is a criminal charge, like Virginia from what I hear.

I had 3 teenagers, one had a love for driving his Camaro Z28
