What is the name of your state? Utah

When the officer asked me how fast I thought I was going, I admitted to a speed higher than the speed limit. It may have even been the number he displayed on his radar. How critical is this going to be in court if the officer brings this up?

EDIT: I should notate that I plan on asking for documentation on the calibration of device used to determine my speed.

bkz99,

What it says on the citation is what you are charged with. You didn't say that recorded figure, nor the posted speed limit, nor that you got a citation.
