What is the name of your state? Oklahoma

i received a ticket for Aggravated Speeding. i was going 76 in a 55. I am not disputing the fact that I was speeding, and I am more than willing to pay the fine. I went to court for the arraignment, and the judge told me I could receive 30 days in jail or a fine. He entered a plea of Not Guilty for me and told me to seek legal advice. I return to court on June 4, 2003. I have completed Driving School since then, and I am going to take the certificate with me to court. I guess my question is whether he is going to put me in jail or just fine me? I don't understand this whole jail thing for a speeding ticket.
