| CA- I was a passenger in a car with a couple other people watching a few kids "street race" when all of a sudden the cops rolled up handing out citations for aid and abet a speed contest. My problem with this citation is this: I was merely a passenger in a vehicle whose driver chose to watch the race. Why would I be given a citation when i could not control the drivers decision to sit and watch? Should I fight this or just face the consequences? Thanks in advance for any input to this. |

| You admit to being present at an illegal activity and did nothing to prevent the illegal activity from happening. Guilty as charged. |
