I am a CDL driver. I recieved a speeding ticket, says he got me going 51 in a 35. My job suspended me. Court date was pushed back, my job fired me. Went to court, got it amended to expired registration. My boss went to hire me back but was told I cant be hired back. They can only hire me back if I prove the traffic ticket will never be on my record.
Checked my MVR, even called the court house, everyone says it will not show up. I was not convicted, only supervision for a plea of guilty to expired registration.
Will this ever show on my record and how do I prove it on paper?

You can get a driver record abstract from the state. Other than that I don't know what the state will do for you. They can't tell you that it will never show up on your record because you're still unders supervision and if you screw up, it may indeed return.

There's no legal way to force your employer to take you back even with a clear record.
