Attorneys offering Adjudication of Guilt Florida

What is the name of your state? florida

My wife got a ticket for violation of traffic control device.

    She was going 54 in a 35.

She has 4 tickets since 2001.

3 tickets were done by these cheap traffic attorneys who got adjudication of guilt withheld

Should we pay another attorney 150 dollars to get another adj withheld?

I pulled her driving record and they did not give her points on the 3 withheld tickets.

Do I need an attorney to get this adj. withheld verdict? Can we get that ourselves and save the attorney fee?

We still have to pay court costs after the attorney gets this verdict so if we could get it ourselves it would be better.

    Thank you.

Because of the three priors, I get another lawyer to handle it.
''It's as simple as this. You don't get on the stand and say, 'I'm sorry for not doing the right thing.' You testify, 'I did the right thing!' That's how you win lawsuits. You're right! Even when you're wrong.''-Denny Crane
