automated enforcement traffic violation - failure to stop at red signal

as owner of the car, i was not, however, driving the car, nor was i even present in the car

do i need to provide the proof they ask for (my photo and drivers license) or the name and drivers license number of the actual driver or is that a violation privacy

why would you want to protect the driver of your car who ran the red light? there is no privacy issue.

your defense is that yes its your car but person X was driving. let person X's insurance rates go up, not yours.
