Here is a knucklehead question!!I ran in the ditch and totaled my Company truck, I was told by the towing company that a Washington state trooper must be called. I did this he came to my house picked me up went to the truck talked to the tow truck driver and he returned me to home. Two weeks later I get a citation for basic speed. What is the best way to have this dismissed?
