What is the name of your state? Michigan

Hello, while I was entering a highway yesterday, my car slipped
and got into the side of the road where it was kinda flooded.
Tow truck got me out of there and the State Trooper gave me
a ticket saying "I have to give you Basic Speeding Rule whenever
you lose the control of your vehicle."

I know I should have slowed down more, but I did not know
that ramp was that curvey. Is this worth fighting for? I do have
some points that will expire soon for driving records, but I guess
not for insurance.

Anybody in Michigan? I have been to traffic court in NJ where I
saw people usually gets reduced points or no points quite easily
(at least 5 years ago). I have never been to traffic court in MI,
so I am just wondering how it is different in Michigan.

Thanks,

Bob
