BS negligent 2

i live in Washington state and i recieved a negligent driving 2 ticket pulling out of a parking lot the other day. the cop refused to look at my tires until after he wrote me the ticket and finlly when he did look he stated that they were illegal and he would be sure and include that in his report. it was raining at the time and it had not rained for about 3 or 4 days. so im wondering if i contest it how likely it would be dropped. also i have bought new tires since the ticket

oh haha he said that I was spinning my wheels on purpose and that I was "in the gas the whole time"
