I was given a ticket for encroaching into an accident scene, at nite"Traffic Control Device", on the ticket;#313.01
There was a cop car
on the left cerb & a Utility truck on the right cerb with the road "VERY" open between them & there
were "NO" cones or tape accross the road & "NO" person could be seen;(even giving directions) As
I "SLOWLY" pulled right next to the cop car the cop jumps from the darkness, screming; STOP! He
continued yelling @ me but stayed 10 feet from my door(he would not come near me.) He ask for my
licence but did not talk when he took them. "We gotta get something back here to block people coming through", he said
to someone as he went to his car. He writes my a ticket but did not request my sigiture. Is this
entrapment, neglect of duty, malfeasace or what? I had a little law in college. Is there a
precident for a case like this? Help me, QUICK, if you can. I go to court tomorrow. Thanx much.
