What is the name of your state?What is the name of your state? NJ, but the ticket is from NY

I have a NJ license and I got a ticket in upstate NY for going 71 in 55 zone. Im pretty sure I was not going that fast (it was a moose crossing area and I always get anxious about hitting one...) What can I do about the ticket? I dont know how I can prove that I wasnt going that fast... There were a bunch of other cars on the road... could he have mistaken me for another car? Please help...
