CA resident WA Ticket

What is your state? California

I am living in CA, and on my trip to WA i got speeding ticket. I was going 41 in 25 area. Is there a way to handle the ticket so that it does not appear on my driving record.

I have 3 options in my ticket, Pay in full, mitigation or contest.

I have clean driving record from past 9 years of my US driving. No tickets, no violations....

Any advice is helpful

Punu

Yes. Please not guilty and win your case.

But, more than likely, it won't appear on your record anyway.

I guess its not that simple, as officer would have any record of proving that I was speeding.....Also I do not have time and money to go to court that is almost 300 miles from where I live.

How can i request the defer for my ticket....so that tickets does not show up in my record.

Thanks
Pun
