CA resident WA TicketWhat is your state? California I am living in CA, and on my trip to WA i got speeding ticket. I was going 41 in 25 area. Is there a way to handle the ticket so that it does not appear on my driving record. I have 3 options in my ticket, Pay in full, mitigation or contest. I have clean driving record from past 9 years of my US driving. No tickets, no violations.... Any advice is helpful Punu Last edited by punupara; 08-15-2007 at 04:11 PM. |

| Yes. Please not guilty and win your case. But, more than likely, it won't appear on your record anyway.

| I guess its not that simple, as officer would have any record of proving that I was speeding.....Also I do not have time and money to go to court that is almost 300 miles from where I live. How can i request the defer for my ticket....so that tickets does not show up in my record. Thanks Pun |
