What is the name of your state? CA

If you have a red light camera ticket in California, this could help you to beat it.

An appellate court ruled that cities are supposed to issue warning tickets for the first 30 days that their cameras are in operation. Most cities didn't do it, so tickets issued even years after the cameras went into operation are questionable. This morning, the CA supreme court denied review of the lower court's decision, making it final. (P. vs. Fischetti)

See Defect # 6 on http://www.highwayrobbery.net for more info.

Here is something else everyone should know, even if they don't presently have a red light camera ticket.

Many cities in CA are issuing fake red light camera tickets - ones that you can ignore, if you're smart enough to know what you're looking at. The fakes don't have the court's address on them. They give the address of the PD. For more info, see the Your Ticket page of the same website.
