Question

can I ask to see the radar gun in West Virginia

I got a speeding ticket with the charge of 62 on 50 ,but when I was asking to see the radar gun , the officer said he have no responsibility to show me. I know it's law for officer to show the radar gun in Canada and California. but I am not sure if it's law in West Virginia state. can anyone give me some reference about this? my hearing is March 5th,2002. if you find anything or have any good idea , please send me back as soon as possible.my email:arthurwang2002@hotmail.com.thank you!

No, the officer does not have to show you his radar gun. He is not required by law to do so.
