I got 2 tickets in one shot, speeding(over 10 mph) + passing a "red" light.
Can I down grade the tickets so that I pay more without the points, knowing that i`ve never down graded any tickets before?!

Sorry HG but NJ does have a special situation where you pay $250 more and they do not go on your record. I think this is limited to four lifetime but you can ask the clerk.

You might be able to get one dismissed and just pay the extra on the other if you show for court. Just depends on the judge and officer.
