Question

Can I fight this ticket?

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? CALIFORNIA

I was given a ticket for driving on a suspended license. After issuing the ticket the officer told me to drive away. It was not dark out and the area was not unsafe. It was on the freeway and I did have a cell phone. Is this grounds for a dismissal. How can you ticket me for a crime then ask me to committ the same crime. The car should have been towed. He was nice about not towing but then he should have allowed me to call someone to pick it up.What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
