can a past plea bargain be held against you

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? NY

I just got my 4 point speeding violation reduced to a non-moving violation with a help of a lawyer last week.
Now just yesterday i got another 3 point speeding ticket - for 75 over 65. A bit harsh or me unlucky or whatever...
It is the same court.

will the past plea bargain have any effect on the decision for the new ticket..i.e will I not be able to get a plea bargain again? Are such records maintained or will this new violation be treated as if the previous one did not happen at all ( since the previous one has already been closed as a non-moving one)
My record is very clean currently.
