I am 17 years old, from massachusetts and I crashed my car a couple months ago. A few hours after the accident when talking to the officer, he asked me what time it occurred at. Not thinking, I guessed that it was around 12:30. A few days later I got a ticket in the mail charging me with driving past the 12:30 curfew. I am scheduled to go to court in a few days to appeal the ticket.

Yesterday, I was driving and I got pulled over for speeding. I got a written warning. Can this be brought up at court and used against me? This is the first time I have gotten pulled over.
