Yep. Your choices are:
1) Pay it, or
2) Go to court on the scheduled date and present your 'defense' to the citation.

There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution).

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!

Do you mean DEFENSE??
If so, you step up when the court calls your name, and you say, "Your Honor, I am not guilty of the violation cited for the following reasons: (then list them)."

Tell the judge that you were too busy weaving in and out of traffic to look for the cops, or else you would've been more careful...

What difference does that make?

If he just goes to court, the ticket will get dismissed because the cops that issue them n e v e r show up.

Why bother with a defense..?

Right, Pug?

Yes, and end up being charged triple that in insurance premium hikes over the next three years. Fantastic!

Congrats!

Congrats go out to Dougthegreat, JETX, and Curt581 - you succeeded in scaring away "maclizard," who made the mistake of coming here to ask for advice.

What I can't quite understand is why you guys take the time and trouble to come here just to beat on people. I am guessing that in high school you got bullied by the popular kids, so now you are using this forum as your opportunity for revenge.

Thank you!!
If truth and honesty 'scared' him away, so be it.
By the way, how do YOU know that he isn't still 'here'??

What I can't understand is how you come on this forum, offer NO advice whatsoever, clearly have NO legal knowledge or experience.... and yet think that your opinion matters to us. 'Splain that to us, Lucy!!
