Hello, I was pulled over and was given several field sobriety tests, all of which I passed but the officer still gave me a careless driving ticket and said that he pulled me over because I was weaving within the lane. This was about 4am and I admit I was very tired and was probably dozing off. What are my options for getting points reduced or getting the ticket off my record? I read in other posts that you can pay an extra $250 and get the ticket off your record, but it was very old post. Is this the 0 point ticket that the person was talking about?
