Carless Driving

What is the name of your state? New Jersey

I hit someone from behind at a yield entering a county road, no injuries, the other drive filed no complaint. The officer arrived informed me he wouldn't issue a ticket because that is a very common problem at that sign. Several days later I received a careless driving ticket in the mail. Could you tell me my options, Please. Thank you. JeffB

Ask the prosecutor if he will change it to a nonmoving violation.

Pretty simple.
1) Plead guilty, pay fine, or
2) Plead not guilty and present a valid defense against the citation.

There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution).

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!
