State Name: California

Message: I had got a ticket for a Carpool Lane violation, in California. I had got it on the ramp entering the highway. I had not realized the violation, until the police gave me the ticket. Can I contest for the ticket on Court. How do go about contesting for the ticket. What do I need to do, If I do not want it to come onto my driving record.
