MA but it happened back in 2010 in PA
Caught while speeding and as lawyer said he will help in not get license suspended..but i never knew that it was showing up like this..
“records says criminal court action, offense says disorderly conduct engage in fighting summary disposition is guilty by plea in Downingtown PA, jurisdiction ...it was actually a case of speeding ticket which was settled by lawyer but the record is showing it like this ...it happened on 10/15/29
Right now application for renting an apartment in MA got denied saying that background check by consumer records reporting agency said it revealed criminal records.....so what can be done … suggest solution if any..
