Change In Venue (Continued)

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? California

Alright so I was in court and I asked for a Change in Venue in my Arraignment.

The Trial is set to Blythe 120Miles away, And my County seat is 60 away from me.

The Commissioner (Not A Judge) I got denied the Change in venue. If I do a pretrial hearing, Is there anyway to overturn his judgment or anything? My residence is 200% closer then Blythe their is no reason why he would do it, unless he just wanted to be a dick(which he kinda has a right to being a Judge).

Or am I just SOL, For this post lets assume Everything on my part is fine (Asking the COP at the time of the stop and the cop was Unaware of the change in Venue, Which is what really happened), Don't want to waste post on you guy assuming I didn't ask =).

Thanks!

P.S. I also hear that this "Commissioner I got will also be a Judge at my Trial, Do I just request for a Judge in a pretrial hearing, "I Believe" he is Unfair and pro Officer. (NOLO)

Is a Sworn statement stating what happened at the time I was polled over when I requested for it was denied by the officer good enough? Does anyone have a Template for Pro Per?

If this is a continuation of another thread, post to your initial thread. Do not make a new one.

You were given PERSONAL answers in that thread. Answers that even covered you questions in this thread... i.e. you have to convince the court that your requested the change of venue from the officer and that he unfairly declined. So you go to court claiming officer bias. You failed to convince the court. So now you're claiming judicial bias!!!

Just because it doesn't fit within you plan does not mean it was zero help!
Besides, I'm not the only one who replied in that thread; were those posts zero help too?
And I'll reserve comment as to what I think of 100% of your posts!
