i requested i be assigned a county seat at the time i got the speeding ticket. the cop refused but i wrote county seat requested ON THE TICKET. 1) can i request transfer to the county seat by mail? 2) if so, do i need to send in with all those points and authorities? and mail a copy to the DA? and have a notice of service mailed into the court? 3) if i hear nothing by my extended appearance date, do i need to schedule a date to appear to enter my plea? 4) do i give up my spEedy trial rights by requesting this thru the mail?
