I received a citation for turning left on a no left street by mail from the university where I work. I wasn't stopped, just received it by mail. I was not the one driving my car at the time. I had loaned my car to a student. Can they cite a car and not a person? If I don't pay or dispute the ticket, I can't get a permit next year.
