Civil Traffic Appeal Rules

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? ARIZONA

I requested a recording of my court hearing because I wanted to review it before filing a notice of appeal. Originally, I was told it took only a couple days, but Day 14 (deadline for filing an appeal) will be tomorrow, and I still haven't gotten a call that a recording is ready (I've checked twice and was told the court would call me when ready). I read on an Internet form that the court has 10 days in which to produce a recording after the fee is paid. They have surpassed that time limit, but I couldn't find that time limit in the statutes (to make it official). Do I have any legal rights now that they have not produced the recording in a timely mannner? By the way, I will be filing a notice to appeal on Day 14, but does the time limit for the recording only apply AFTER I have filed an official notice of appeal?

How are you planning on filing an appeal on Sunday?

If you really must know, I'm going to camp out all day until the doors open. Thanks for your insight and wisdom.

And camping out on Sunday helps how?

You should have just filed the notice. Why were you waiting again? Were you unsure if you wanted to appeal or not?
