| I recieved a traffic ticket and was found guilty in court. When I went to pay the fine, the clerk gave me a different price than the judge had said. I asked if this was correct and she said the computer said it was. I paid the fine and recieved a receipt that says paid in full. Now I have recieved a notice that I have 48 hours to pay the rest of the fine or my license will be suspended. I live in VA. Where do I stand? |

| Pay it. If you were right it will cost more time than it is worth to straighten it out. ------------------ This is intended as general information only and NOT LEGAL ADVICE.
