Connecticut- I am currently defending a "reckless driving" violation. The prosecutor resides in the same hometown as I, Clinton, CT. She is in the process of gathering more information from the town police. Does this put me in an unfair situation because she MAY have a close relationship with the town police or could this possibily be a conflict of interest?

Look forward to your respose.

Thank you

No. You can have access to the same information to use for your defense. That is what subpeonas are for.
